How to shop with Onesies.ie

How do I find what I'm looking for?

In order to find a particular product, simply type in the product name or brand in the search engine box located on the top centre of each page. The search engine will return some results.  You can also browse through our onesie categories using the store categories located on the left of each page.

Do I need to be registered to buy?

No registration is required to purchase on the Onesies.ie online store.  All customers have the option to 'Register / Create an account' through which they can view their order history, manage their delivery addresses, and which will help make return visits easier, but having an account is not obligatory - we leave this option with each customer to decide on!

How do I add a product to my shopping bag?

To add a product to your shopping bag, simply click the “Add to Bag” button located beside the product's image.  This will automatically add the item to your bag.

How can I see what's in my shopping bag?

You can view the contents of your shopping bag at any time by clicking on the "My Bag" link located at the top right of each page.

How do I remove an item from my shopping bag?

If you have added a product to your shopping bag and no longer wish to purchase it — simply access your shopping bag and click the “- (minus)” button next to the item you do not wish to purchase. This will automatically delete this product from your shopping bag.

How can I pay for my order?

Onesies.ie accepts Visa Credit, Visa Debit, Mastercard Credit, Mastercard Debit and American Express.  All prices are displayed and charged in Euro.

Delivery & Returns

What is the delivery fee?

Delivery in the Republic of Ireland and Northern Ireland is FREE

Delivery to the Rest of the World is €19.00

How quickly will I receive my order?

We will dispatch your order to you as soon as possible, so long as it is in stock. Currently typical delivery times are 2-4 working days for Ireland. Feel free to query your order at any stage. On occasions where a product is out of stock we may automatically split your order.

How do I change or cancel an order?

You can change or cancel an order up to 1 hour after placing your order. For queries about an order, contact us at info@onesies.ie.  After this point you may consider returning items to us.

Can I return a product that I no longer want?

If a product is defective in any way, please return it within 15 days and we will either deliver a new one to you, or refund you the cost of the product. Please don't forget to include your order reference number. The cost of carriage for returns is at the customer’s expense. Returns should be clearly marked for the attention of our Returns Department and sent to:

I have received item(s) that I did not order, what should I do?

On rare occasions an incorrect product may be dispatched in an order. In this event, please contact us at info@onesies.ie and we will arrange to have the item(s) collected from you and swap/dispatch the correct items if required. Please do not send these items to returns, as we will not be able to reimburse the cost of carriage.

Privacy & Security

Is all the information I give confidential?

Yes.  All information provided to Onesies.ie will only be used by Onesies.ie.  We will not sell your information to anyone else and all information is encrypted on our secure server to prevent any unauthorised persons gaining access.

Is it safe to use my credit card?

Onesies.ie's website uses the latest SSL technology to ensure that your details remain private and secure.
