Delivery Terms

You can choose to have your order delivered to your home or office at the time of placing your order. Please note delivery attempts are carried out during normal business hours, usually between the hours of 08:30 - 18:00, (Mon-Fri excluding Bank Holidays). Onesies.ie does not provide a collection facility at this time.

What countries do you deliver to? We ship to every country in the world! If you're having any issues email us at info@onesies.ie

Do you offer free delivery? All orders over €100 receive Free Delivery! You don't need to do anything, just make sure you order is over €100 and it will be available as an option when checking out.

How much does delivery cost if I don't spend €100 ? €4.95

How fast is delivery? We use a number of different shipping partners and speeds depends on region and country. All times are in working days. See tables below for your countries delivery times. Orders completed before 14:00 GMT Monday-Friday will be dispatched that day except on public and bank holidays.

My delivery address is wrong! Please email us your correct delivery address as soon as you can to check if it has already been dispatched. We cannot change dispatched orders.

When will my order be dispatched? Order before 14.00 GMT Monday to Friday and your order will be dispatched that day.

Our primary courier service is DPD. This is subject to change, without prior notice and is at the sole discretion of Onesies.ie. DPD Terms & Conditions can be viewed here. All outlined Terms & Conditions apply to DPD only and are not applicable to any other carrier of our choosing.

We may choose to send items via An Post Postal Services where applicable and this is at the discretion of Onesies.ie

Delivery charges solely apply to orders placed for nationwide delivery. Please contact us should you require pricing for outside Ireland/island delivery.

We do not deliver to PO boxes.

In the event you miss a DPD delivery, they will leave a card instructing you to call your local depot and/or courier will take a photograph of your front door/exterior and attach GPS coordinates as proof of delivery attempt. Your local depot will be able to advise on next delivery attempt and confirm your availability

Email confirmation of dispatch will be sent in the evening prior to next working day delivery attempt. We advise you keep check on your email account after placing an order

In the event your parcel has arrived damaged please report within 24 hours by emailing us at info@onesies.ie quoting your order reference (e.g. #1234) and outline the condition your order arrived in. Please include a photograph if possible.
